MARTEN FLEGEL / possibly known as Marty Damour
Marten was born a year after the so-called reunification. After growing up in an East German boomtown (the turning point among the cities), stays in West Germany followed, including studying staging of the arts and media at the University of Hildesheim. Marten is currently working as a freelance performer, theater maker and dramaturge, primarily with the performance collective DIE SOCIALE FIKTION.
Due to a passion for numbers, Marten is also head of accounting, dealing with the cash flows of the small company DSF and the exploitation mechanisms of our late capitalist gig economy.
